Item(s) is/are sold or traded “as-is” with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, as to the functionality or condition of the Item(s).
Boonslick Equipment is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other incidental or consequential damages caused by or in connection with the Item(s).
Payment
Payment / Consideration for the Item(s) or Service is due at the time of receipt of the Item(s) or completion of the Service.
Forms of payment accepted including: Cash, Personal Check, Wire, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, PayPal, Venmo, and Credit Card. Proof of identity may be required for some forms of payment. Customers paying with credit card will be charged a 3% convince fee.
Sales Tax
Applicable equipment and parts purchased by residents of Missouri or from our location will be subject to applicable sales tax as required by Missouri law. Customers with tax exempt status must fill out a Missouri Tax Exemption form for our records. Customers outside of Missouri purchasing Items from us will not be subject to Missouri sales tax. Customers purchasing items through our eBay storefront will be charged sales tax based on their local sales tax laws.
Shipping / Delivery
Boonslick Equipment can assist customers with shipping of large items and equipment purchased from Boonslick Equipment. Any Shipping Payment due is to be paid prior to the shipment of the Item(s).
Delivery of equipment can be provided for $2.50 per loaded mile of our shop (minimum delivery fee of $100). The delivery fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
Financing
Boonslick Equipment does not provide financing for any parts or equipment.
Equipment Consignment
Payment to customers of our Equipment Consignment program will receive payment for their equipment within 30 days after the end of the month in which their equipment sells.
